I cant find the item I am looking for on your website, can I order it?

Yes we can, if you cant find what you are looking for, contact one of the team and we will see what we can sort out for you. We may be able to order it - or know where you can get it.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Certainly! We currently are open in one location in Cessnock - 148 Vincent Street NSW 2325. Pop in store, we'd love to see you.

Do you ship to anywhere in Australia?

Yes we do for a flat rate of $10.00, but however please do allow extra shipping time for remote locations.

Is the colour I see on the website, the exact colour my product will be?

We strive to accurately represent the products featured on our site, but the actual colour and texture cannot always be conveyed properly with digital photography. Lighting and different monitor settings can also have an impact on how the colour appears.

What is the VIP Club?

Is all your embroidery and services done on site, or overseas?

All embroidery, screen printing, vinyl etc is done in house by Mat

Is there a minimum for items to be decorated?

There is a minimum of 5 garments for embroidery or vinyl, the more items being decorated the less expensive it will be. However for screen printing there is a minimum of 10 items

How do I know you're going to get my logo right?

For all decorations, we will send you a mock up of what you have requested. We can then alter any changes you would like, until it is perfect, once finalized and approved by you, we will then start the process

How often do you get new products?

Our team is always on look for new products and new brands that we believe will be the best for your brand. We keep on updating our product range and prices regularly. So please keep checking our range and if you cant something specific please get in touch and we will help you for what you are looking for.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Yes you can, please contact us to arrange the sample.

How long does it take to hear back from an email/quote?

Within 24 hours you should have a response to the email or quote, we may have few questions before we finalise the quote. If you haven't please be patience - we are a very fast company and will get to you. If you are concerned we have missed the email, please feel free to phone to the store on (02) 4991 1033.

How do I know if I am buying the correct size for me?

Each brand has their own sizing charts/ measurements for items, please refer to these before purchasing them item - unfortunately we don't have just one size chart for all items

Do Thread and Ink do Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards?

Yes Thread and Ink do Gift Vouchers for any occasion. There is no expiry on our Gift Vouchers.

Are Thread and Ink open on weekends?

Yes we are open on Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
