All garments or items being returned will incur a minimum $10 or 10% processing fee whichever is higher.
All garments must be returned for an exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Returns will not be refunded. Only Credits or Exchanges will be supplied.
Your items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. If your items are returned without the original packaging you may incur a $6.00 repackaging fee for each item returned without packaging, or your return may be rejected. MUST BE AS NEW. DO NOT PUT POSTAGE STICKERS ONTO PACKAGING.
A copy of the invoice MUST be included in the parcel and simply write on the invoice what you want us to do in regards to supplying an Exchange or Credit.
Decorated items with logos or names can not be returned.
Freight fees are non-refundable and return freight fees are at customers expense.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not match our Returns Policy.
We do not hide the above information and supply it in numerous locations on our site and by placing an order with our website you are agreeing to the return policy.

ORIGINAL "SALEABLE" CONDITION
By saleable condition Thread and Ink Workwear means,
Including the original packaging or box with tags attached, content label not ripped or bent. The garment has not been worn or washed. The items not be, dirtied, marked, ripped, stretched, have makeup marks, fake tan, stains or smell from perfume, cologne, smoke. Shoes and boots must be tried on only on carpeted floors and must be returned with the original box as the box is considered a part of the product. Any signs of wear or damage the item return will be declined.
RETURNS
Once your item has been return we will inspect the item and credit your purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the item
A processing fee of $10 or 10% will be deducted from your store credit
Any returned items will not be refunded the original shipping cost or any discounted amounts or fees and charges.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
-IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING SIZING-
Sizing charts are only a guide to and approximate size. fits, cuts and design can also alter the sizes. There can be variations and tolerances allowed to a garment before it is deemed faulty.
A garment size tolerance can be up to 3cm difference to a similar sized garment.
We only supply the best products from Thread and Ink but as we have found even the best things in life have issues. In the rare occasion that you have a faulty item please take clear photos of the item or provide measurements of the garment if you believe it has been sized incorrectly. Our reputable brands and suppliers stand by the quality of their products. If an item is found to be faulty may take longer than 10 business days to get back to you as we need suppliers and manufactures to look at the returned items before approving it for a full refund.
